Security is one of the highest values of our time. An extensive system of rules and standards is supposed to guarantee that "nothing can happen to us" in public space. Is it even possible to just wander outside, hang out, hang up and hang out: just hang out? Safety has become our mantra, but don't we miss the tremors, the feeling of fear when crossing our own borders, because of which we then parachute or at least go to the circus?
