VOYERKY

SATURDAY, MAY 14  |

17:00  |

CHAMBER SCENE ARENA  |

"Every woman is a mom, or a future mom." Really?

Voyeurky was created by the synergy of the genres of movement theater, new circus and dance as a personal confession of eight women - mothers and non-wives - who are forced by society to address the theme of motherhood.

The children of performers aged several months to six years on stage support the unpredictability and uniqueness of each performance. They contrast general expectations and reality and strengthen the authenticity of the experience - both the audience and the performers. So they don't even know what today's Voyeur girls will look like ...

The production was created experimentally by three movement laboratories with three different choreographers and then the follow-up work of the director. It breaks down the boundaries between movement theater, new circus and dance, but with an emphasis on the civil movement vocabulary. The statement is enhanced by an element of the mirror floor and a six-meter rope tunnel, thanks to which elements of hanging acrobatics will also appear in the performance.
